Karako Suits Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return your purchase within 14 days from the original date of purchase. Returns must be done online. Check below for how to return an item.
Returns after 14 days, but not exceeding 90 days, are eligible to receive a gift card for the returned amount or store credit that can be used only at our retail locations, not online.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. We do not accept items that have been worn or altered. Please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, plastic wrap, hang tags on garments, and shoeboxes. All suits must be returned as a whole, they must include jacket and pants.
No shipping charges will be refunded. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will be deducted from your credit.
If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you will also be refunded for the original shipping charges you paid at the time the order was placed. Please indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect while creating your return or by contacting our Customer Support.
All refunds must be accompanied by the packing slip, and any refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Merchandise purchased on a credit card will be refunded to the original card only. Best efforts will be made to refund merchandise purchased on a debit card to the original card. Please allow 10 business days for processing your return once we receive it.
If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, we will issue a check to the billing address on the credit card. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at time of purchase. If you want to return an item received as a gift, you must contact our Customer Support and you will receive your refund in Karako.com credit.

All online promo codes are subject to certain restrictions. You must enter the specified promo code at checkout in order to receive your savings. Valid only for new purchases. You can exchange your purchase online by shipping the item back to us. Please include specific reasons for the exchange and what you would like to exchange your item for. Securely pack your merchandise and send it back, using a traceable shipping method, to the following address:
